Deletion is permanent. Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately; after 30 days all data — profile, display name, drill history, metrics, Mortar Rating, quiz progress, exam results, and group memberships — is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
The fastest route is in the app: Settings → Delete Account. No app access? Continue below — signing back in with the same Apple or Google account you use in the app is the identity check.

Subscription billing is separate. Cancelling the App Store or Google Play subscription is handled through the store; deleting the account does not stop billing. Manage it in your device’s subscription settings.
